We are in Oklahoma, not Texas

Fix DFW is run out of Oklahoma City. There is no Dallas office, no Fort Worth office, and nobody who is going to drive out to meet you. We are saying that on the about page rather than burying it, because finding out later feels like being misled, and that is a bad way to start.

For the actual work it changes nothing. Fixing a slow site, a broken contact form, or an expired certificate has never required being in the same room. Everything is handled over email and the phone, we work inside your own accounts so you keep ownership of everything, and you can change the passwords the day we finish.

If you specifically want somebody local who can sit at your kitchen table, we are the wrong shop and you should hire someone in the metroplex. No hard feelings.

Why flat prices

Hourly billing punishes you for our inefficiency and makes it impossible to know what anything costs before you commit. Every job here has one published price, on the site, before you contact us. A speed fix is $299 whether it takes us three hours or nine. You approve the number first and it does not move.

The trade-off is that we only take jobs that fit the list. If yours does not, we will say so rather than inventing a scope for it.

Why the free report

Most website sales start with somebody telling you your site is bad and asking you to take their word for it. The report is the alternative: it runs a fixed set of checks, shows you every result including the ones you pass, and adds up what the failures would cost to fix. No email required, no card, no call.

Sometimes it comes back clean. When it does we tell you your site is fine and you owe us nothing — which is worth more to us than a job sold to someone who did not need it.
