Who we are

Fix DFW is a website repair service operated from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, serving businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area remotely. In these terms “we” means Fix DFW and “you” means the person or business using the site or hiring us.

The free report

The report is free, automated, and offered as-is. It runs a fixed set of checks against a public web page and tells you what it found. It is a starting point, not a professional audit, and it can be wrong: some sites block automated tools, some checks time out, and a site can have serious problems the report does not look for.

Only submit websites you own or are authorised to act for. Do not use the tool to run bulk checks against sites that are not yours. We limit how many reports one connection can run per hour and may block use that looks automated or abusive.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on this site are flat prices for the described work, and the price we quote you in writing is the price you pay for that scope. If we find during the job that the work is materially different from what we quoted, we will stop, tell you, and give you a revised price to accept or decline before continuing. We will not bill you more than the agreed figure without your agreement.

Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Work ordinarily starts once the quote is accepted.

What you need to provide

Most jobs need access to your website, hosting, or domain. You confirm you have the right to grant that access. We only ask for what a job needs, we work in your own accounts so ownership stays with you, and you can change credentials as soon as the work is done. We are not responsible for delays caused by access we asked for and did not receive.

Your content

Your text, images, and logos stay yours. You confirm you have the right to use what you give us. Once a job is paid for, the work we produce for you is yours to use, keep, and change.

If something goes wrong

We take a backup before we change anything we can back up. If our work breaks something we did, tell us within 30 days and we will fix it at no charge. If we cannot put it right, we will refund what you paid for that job.

Beyond that, our total liability for any job is limited to what you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or a number of leads. Those depend on Google, your competitors, and your market, none of which we control. What we do guarantee is the specific work described in your quote.

Cancelling

You can cancel a job before work begins for a full refund. If work has started, you pay for what has been done to that point and we hand over whatever we have produced.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
